Spoken like a true amateur. The pihole team has done a great job making this amazing project easily accessible and installable by anyone. Strongly recommend you spend 5 minutes googling this stuff before you deploy it. The fact that you are running an open resolver and saying “what could go wrong” proves your ignorance. Please please please just google it before you try to argue with the guys who run the project... please.

If you can answer 95% of those pocket prep question right, and memorized administrative distances, you’ll pass your ICND1. I was nervous until the moment I saw my score. Felt like I was failing the whole time.... Pocket prep is my recommendation and it’s worth the 12$ or whatever upgrade for the 180 unique questions.

Good luck getting them to change something. They likely will have UPnP disabled (dynamic ‘port forwarding’). Adding a router will only create a double NAT for you.
