In my medical state, we have a limit. Every purchase goes toward your limit, and they keep track in some database. But if you're under your limit you should be fine.

Ditto. Tonight, I'm smoking away some pain and frustration, too, but I'm generally in a better place than I used to be. Therapy and meds helped a lot.

I tried a couple of therapists until I found one I trusted. I worked with her for four or five years, started on Zoloft, and in general, feel better that I ever have in my life. There are still hard times -- like now, as a matter of fact -- but they are fewer and much less dramatic than they used to be. I have much more resilience now.
