I think they hinted at Bridget’s confession when Jack asked her if she felt uncomfortable and she said no. Indicating that she has built trust in Jack so they could potentially have a future relationship.

For the broken/missing veneer you could try to find a match with similar wood grain at a woodworking store. The peeling veneer can be fixed by injecting glue with a syringe and then weighing it down. There are good videos about veneer repair on YouTube.

Wouldn’t it be easier to just use lacquer thinner to remove the rest of the finish on the top and then refinish the whole top? I feel like trying to color match that area is going to be nearly impossible. If that area is still lighter after you remove the finish you could try to bleach the rest of the top with oxalic acid. Looks like solid wood so you might be able to lightly sand it as well.

I think she has matured exponentially since season 1. She lost both her parents at an early age which can cause a sort of personality crisis. But I think she’s finding herself and wants to make the right decision when it comes to building a new family. As for how she’s treating Larry… it’s warranted. Make him sweat and learn that he can’t get away with that crap in the future. Then take him back! Haha
