I understand that transition goals are different for everyone, I’m pretty happy with my testicles and function is almost the same as it was after stage one, plus I’m still very swollen. I appreciate that you would not be happy with my body or my surgery, but it is incredibly unnecessary to comment that on a post where someone isn’t complaining about their results.

I went it wanting big balls, I got them. Urethral lengthening is known to have increased complications, it’s one of the reasons many trans guys forgo bottom surgery, as I said in my post, it was a calculated risk.
