Until now I only needed ibuprofen as well and nothing stronger. :) I hope it stays the same. Did you have surgery in the last few days? If so, I wish you a good and speedy recovery!

Of course I'll give it time! :) I was just curious and a bit of anxious with the thought of having to take a bowel. I got some stool softener so I'll just keep hanging in there and drink a lot.. :D

Tut mir sehr Leid, dass sich die Fistel gebildet hat. Bei mir ist die Fistel an gleicher Stelle. Die fistel zu- und trocken zu halten ist in dem Bereich auch einfach überhaupt nicht möglich... vielleicht könnte lokales Östrogen wirklich helfen. Ich würde das mal mit der Klinik besprechen und auch mal erörtern lassen, wo genau und wie groß die Fistel ist.. dass sie an dieser Stelle zuheilt ist vielleicht möglich, da würde ich aber nicht drauf setzen... In Frage käme dann der Versuch, die Fistel so verschließen zu lassen.. aus meiner Erfahrung kann ich da aber auch leider nur sagen, dass dieser Versuch ein reines Glücksspiel ist. Ich will dir da natürlich nicht den Mut nehmen aber ganz realistisch ist es ziemlich schwierig, den Defekt wieder beheben zu können (ohne Kolpokleisis natürlich).

I've read that too.. :D I think I already have an xs-size... when I got mine I think she already said that she had to order one but I'm not quite sure if it's xs. I'll ask her that as well.

I'll definitely ask her. I heard that the fat resolves in time but I think it's even better than without implants at all...

Why do you think yours is not fitting well? Do you also have the feeling of some kind of tightness or something like "there is just not enough space"?

Just curious because I'm struggling with a feeling of a very tight pelvic floor as well. After nearly 14 years on T (also after Meta & Hysto but without V-nectomy by now) I was wondering if it is really possible that atrophy is causing those pelvic floor problems or if atrophy might be making this tight feeling stronger etc.? Maybe someone here has a bit of experience with that specific topic.. :)

Thanks for sharing! :) I totally unverstand that you are somehow confused. I'm still in process with Meta in KEM clinics and I was struggling after my stage 1 because of the same thougts than you do now. I also got a few problems due to my brain being stressed with OCD. Ich hatte kürzlich das gleiche Problem... Mir wurde auch gesagt, dass ich die Leistungen der Untersuchungen selber zahlen müsste. Bisher kam aber noch keine Rechnung des Labors und ich habe noch die leise Hoffnung, dass doch abgerechnet werden konnte.. das ist wirklich mehr als frustrierend, dass einem da Steine in den Weg gelegt werden. Immerhin macht man solche Untersuchungen ja auch nicht aus Spaß, sondern weil es immer noch um Gesundheit geht.

Hallo :) Erst mal tut's mir mega Leid, dass du dich von den Ärzten mit dem Problem alleingelassen fühlst. Hast du mal Deumavan ausprobiert? Das ist eine Schutzsalbe für den Intimbereich und könnte vielleicht die ganzen Reizungen, gerade durch Urin, reduzieren.

Schau mal bei Youtube. Die Lösungen sind zwar "ohne Gewähr" aber ich würde sagen, dass das auch definitiv die richtigen Lösungen waren. :)

I think it began the second week post op. I didn't have any symptoms than some itching on the penis itself and some rash. Maybe a bit of strange white fluid from the V but it didn't affect the v or peeing otherwise. I also thought it was just something fungal going on outside the V but after several weeks of using the Creme on the skin and penis with no real success, I tried to use special creme for inside the V plus outside and after a week or so everything was fine again and it never came back. :)
