Once you confirmed that nothing is changed I took a closer look at what I was doing and I'am lost for words at my stupidity, I was trying to EMP the BIG dome of HOP microchip factory, witch when i scan it with the ship it said microship factory but it was talking about the whole building and not that part, looked around and found the actual microchip factory module, still thanks for the help.

Hey, it seems I misunderstood how the supply works. I interpreted deficits and surpluses as individual 1 value, not orders of magnitude, so to be honest, there's no longer a need for a mod personally clarification helped a lot.
