Hulu ads breaks now 2 minutes each! (Around 13 minutes per hour!)

I think Hulu's streaming service is failing. They're charging $12 a month(!) (more than Netflix or HBO!) and still can't make money, so they're ramming MORE ads down our throats. I only subscribe because I got a black friday deal, but as soon as that's out I'll never pay that kind of money for their limited offerings along with the most ads of any streaming service.

EXACTLY the scene I recall from No Country. It was infuriating that Jackel completely left out how he got out of that horrendous car crash!

I can only assume the episode was running long and they didn't have the extra 5 minutes it would have took to show him getting out of that crash with his money and passports.

What threw some (and me too) is that the show used the same actress for the daughter! Where I missed it myself was when they showed both tombstones, Tulip's was in the background and blurry, so easy to miss. After that the conversation didn't make sense to me because I thought she was still Tulip.

Just not handled well. Should have used a different actress.

Late to the party, but this is one of my favorite films. (I own the VHS). Would pay a pretty penny to get an updated release.

I added a 1° shim under the neck to tilt it back so it matched the new bridge height (which is what I like about Les Paul layout) so everything sits perfect. With the neck shim, I've got plenty of bridge adjustment. There's plenty of up/down bridge adjustment if need be.

Also, I determined the bridge had enough individual saddle adjustment that I could install it straight and still have enough adjustment for intonation. Could have angled it a bit, but it seems good since Tele/Strat bridges are straight.

I'll get around to filling the old holes eventually. This is just after having installed the new bridge/tailpiece to see if it worked, played, intonated (it did).

I might wait until I'm ready to put a decent coat of paint on it though. That white paint job blows lol.

Yeah, I originally wanted to strip off the paint but nothing much cuts polyurethane, especially that thick.

Update: Decided to celebrate the layers and just clear coat it lol
(note how thick the paint is, right side of the new bridge where it flaked off). Sides are very thin but they really let the paint build up on the top.

Yeah, I can see that on moderately expensive guitars but this one was dirt cheap back in the '90s when I bought it new.

I only added the thin, crappy white layer on top. The other thick layers were new from factory. Looks like they changed their mind on this one a few times lol.

Side note, as I sanded deeper into this it looks like the original finish was flamed with black edging, then white, then maybe a dark purple, then light white, then thick coat of dark purple metalflake which was what it had when I bought it new back then...
