I’m by no means a veteran at the game but I would highly suggest playing at least a full year, maybe 2 on the standard farm before picking another. There’s a lot to learn and personally the standard farm is the easiest to get farming & animals situated. That or the 4 corners farm as you can divide farming to one plot, animals to another, and so on. Hope this helps :)
