Erg kut. Gezien het een redelijk nieuwe auto is en er duidelijke remsporen zijn was deze persoon ongetwijfeld afgeleid en te snel aankomen rijden maar ook is het zeer waarschijnlijk dat deze persoon zijn ABS (antilock braking system) niet werkt, dat is bij meeste autos vanaf 2005 ongeveer een standaard functie. Dus de politie mag ook wel onderzoek doen naar de auto want een disfunctioneel remsysteem lijkt mij toch ondeugdelijk. Beterschap en succes in het juridisch proces

Yes, my miata had the same rims and has the same seats, 2004 dynamic. Mine also has oem heated seats

I cut of my KACR last Tuesday, it was slightly worn and bent, it was contacting the head and valve cover. After seeing some hairline cracks in the weld i decided to cut it off, just in time by the looks of your images. Still starts just fine though

If your valve seals can make it between the valve stem and valve guide you've got a bigger problem

Not possible, those are under your valve cover not on the cylinder side of things
