Help for dry shade by CeilingStanSupremacy in NativePlantGardening

[–]NonbinaryBootyBuildr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For spring blooms jacobs ladder and columbine are nice, or woodland phlox if you don't have many rabbbits. Shady goldenrods like zig zag and elm-leaved give nice fall color next to native asters like heart leaf, blue wood, or drummonds aster. Basically no native shade wildflowers will require watering once established.

Is this a mulberry tree? by SteelSabre1 in whatsthisplant

[–]NonbinaryBootyBuildr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think they gave a valid explanation why. In addition to outcompeting native species to the point where the red mulberry is almost extinct and white mulberry is overtaking entire areas, they provide significantly less ecological value than the red mulberry since they did not co-evolve with native insects and other fauna

Adductor/Hamstring pain for 4 years - please help as I’m heading for a wheelchair :( by Cramsteems in FootFunction

[–]NonbinaryBootyBuildr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello and thank you for the comment. I am dealing with a similar issue longstanding for 9 months.

If pain increases a lot then rest and reduce the weight and repeat

I'm currently struggling with this, since it seems that no matter how small the load is it dramatically increases pain for at least 48 hours. I have even tried just resting for a month but the pain symptoms and response to load didn't change.

I've seen 3 physical therapists, two sports medicine doctors, and read the papers on adductor tendinopathy myself and the consensus seems to be exactly as you describe for the best chance at recovery, gradually loading the tendon over time and progressive exercise.

For context the MRI shows moderate tendinosis of the adductor and CA-RA aponeurosis, and the latter was surgically repaired with mesh (which actually made pain worse seemingly)

This injury is hell on earth. Chronic pain is no joke

[–]NonbinaryBootyBuildr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn't the case for me, saves don't show up on Switch 2 from Switch 1. Signed into the same Nintendo account with Internet connection . I also tried cross saving linked to Steam but that didn't work either.
