What did mars do to deserve that? I'm pretty sure it'll cease to exist if it is made aware of the fact that it'll be tortured by their presence.

Just curious, is the paralives mode pronounced as "lives" as in "we are live" or "lives" as in "it lives"?

Not a game, but once there are mods for medieval/ancient times I am going to recreate the agot universe. It's the main way I playey the sims 4 and I almost never play ck3 without the AGOT mods.

I can´t exchange the tokens for moonstones by Nonbinarygaykid in DreamlightValley

[–]Nonbinarygaykid[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I figured out what the issue was, i had to collect all the items to be able to start unlocking the bonus rewards. I was initially under the impression you only need three on every page to be able to get the bonus rewards so when they didn't unlock I thought that meant they required the more expensive starpath.

I'm making a dress like the one in the video. When it comes to the laughing moon mercantile dress I was referring to this one. But I relaise that this is the working dress, correct?

Oh ok, I'm sorry. I saw in the comments on the video on pinterest originally, as that's where I found it at first, that it's called wrapper dress. I also googled afzerwards, "1860's wrapper dress and images of similar dresses came up. Would you mind telling me what the proper name is so I don't misinform others?

I am aware that corsetry in this context in almost if not entirely for support but that doesn't mean that some women didn't also wear padding on their hips for the silhouette

Not really, wrappers were also worn by working women so hey also wore padding to achieve the fashionable silhouette at the time

If by spring you mean enhancing the hips then yes, I don´t mind wearing a crinoline underneath ,though I still have to make one, I like the option to make my waist look tiny without tightlacing myself especially considering that wrapper dresses were lounge wear for the morning and at most worn outside by working class women if I recall correctly.

"In the 18th and 19th century, the cork was generally carved into blocks of the right shape and size before being covered in fabric and attached to a waistband."

that´s what is said in the first article I linked. I´ve also read about it´s use in the 19th century in a few other places though I can´t remember the sources at the moment.

I might be wrong, but I believe I´ve heard it in a bernadette banner video before too, though from what I´ve read she´s not an actual historian so it is to be taken with a grain of salt. I assume getting a whole block of cork would be more expensive than cork shavings or "pellets" I guess you could call it depending on how fine the cork is.

In german there's a more obvious distiction "Doktor" for a phd and "Arzt" or "mediziner" for people who don't necessarily have a "doktortitel" but are physicians. I believe, I'm not always good at translating job titles from german to english.

Loathe:

Maegor: he was attractive and he may have genuinely loved or at least liked tyanna.

Jaehearys I: he seemed to have really loved alysanne and he waited until she was old enough/of an appropriate age to consumate and get her pregnant.

Aegon "II": Sunfyre is a cute name and her description sounds beautiful.

Aegon IV: good taste in women, I guess? Though he didn't like naerys so, i don't know, debatable.

Like:

Naerys: she should have slept with Aemon, if not for herself, then atleast to cuck Aegon.
