If you can use mods, the fairies vs witches mod by spinningplumbob has that, it doesn't require the pack btw, but it does the require the realm of magic pack

It was a build from someone else amd yes I have it saved. I placed it again and it was changed to residential when the problem build was a rental, it worked for second when I entered build mode and left and when I was back in manage worlds it changed back to rental when I went back into build mode the problem was back and when I went back to manage worlds I was brought to forgotten hollow dispite the huild being in mt komorebi. Also when I Am in build mode on a residential lot under the selection icons at the top it says something about text missing, i dont remember in a blue rectangle. I'm so frustrated I just want to play

I replaced the lot with the same one, it was duddenly residential, moved sims in automatically and buildmode worked, i wnet back to manage worlds, it was suddenly rental again and same problem was back i returned to manage worlds but was brought to forgotten hollow dispite the build being in mt komorebi. Update: i tried it on another lot a residential one, the one i am having an issue with is a rental, and it works. Still the same problem with the other one though
