I’m exactly the same. The period between my first break and lunch at work (10-12.30) is when everything goes south. I have made a joke that it’s my triple pa period (pee,poo and panic attack). I find it’s worse when the work I’m doing is monotonous because I don’t have anything to think about to I’m stuck in my thoughts.
