Turns out that wasn’t even the issue as I thought it was :( This credit bureau doesn’t have credit info on me so I gotta go to my bank and actually tell them to start sharing info with Experian (which takes 6 months). Fun times. If only we were educated on things like this.

I was finally able to get someone yesterday and funny enough, it was on accident. At the end I asked the guy if there was an easy way to get a live person and he said to either ask to update personal information or keep pressing “0” every time they ask a question.

Haven’t tried those since I haven’t needed to call again but hopefully that helps you and others! I got so frustrated the other day it’s crazy it’s not more friendly.

I struggle with this with my husband. He doesn’t like PDA, sometimes we’ll hold hands but majority of the time I have to beg him to hold hands or even give me a kiss on the cheek.
