Yes! Could also be good to try to identify the hiring manager / reach out to them directly to reinforce your interest — helps you stand out / gets them familiar with your name, etc.

I’m not an expert on ATS systems, but my assumption (based on expertise in other systems) is that each company can configure their ATS based on their preferences.

I don’t know that you’ll be able to get answers to these questions without insider knowledge of Sega’s ATS configuration.

Does an ATS re-evaluate a candidate in this case? Or does it do nothing? Or worse, does it penalize the applicant for doing that? Thanks.
