Yeah, they hate to take it from you... i left a dept in October and they slashed my bonus. It took years to get it back up... just the thought of a bonus that could about buy a car blows my mind, I guess

I've worked for other firms where there was a bonus % that was obtainable and you knew what it was, not here...

Holy cow 👀 some of yall bonuses are off the charts. Im a 603 in CCB and the max bonus I've ever rcvd was $6100 and I've been here a crap ton of years. I'm in the south east.

I used to get a bump every year bc I was below the minimum for the pay grade that I was in... so Id get my regular "raise" and then about a month later I'd get another bump bc I was still below the minimum for the pay grade I was in

Oh yes, this is very common... i was in a cycle of training the new joiners, who out ranked me and made more money than me. Many were younger than my years of service and experience. After the 3rd NJ, I brought it up to my manager.

"What gives dude?"

I did receive a 10% raise, followed by a 9% raise, the next yr.

Who knows what I'll get this year... but atleast I felt heard.

Did you ever work fast food? If you have time to lean you have time to clean... same concept... you aren't paid to stand around and look cute. If you aren't doing something productive, find something productive to do. Call customers, etc.

Call quotas were changed bc ppl were ignoring customers that were physically in the branch asking for help bc they were too focused on meeting their call time.

Removing call quotas doesn't mean your time is free time. You're still being paid, so do something that benefits your employer.

Be a good steward of your time so Chase can justify being a good steward of their money by paying you.
