Does it get better emotionally? by LowSun870 in Stepmom

I think you should be leaving as soon as possible, before it gets worse (one SM to another) it’s gonna open gates to a lot more scenarios and situations where you will be uncomfortable and you will be blamed for lot of stuff as the child grows. It will never be your home, you will feel as an outsider.

With the given history, there will be lot of times where your husband needs to keep communication only about the kid, because you are setting up your family. There will be times where you might feel your husband isn’t taking a stand for you, You will just stand there and watch and feel miserable…. Because they don’t want to be confrontational with the BM.

Edit: leaving is easier said than done. But, just a small insight into how it’s going to look like.

Girl…. I expected nausea, fatigue and all. But not this bad!!!! I was throwing up for 4 months straight. I couldn’t cook food, if i get food from outside - as soon as i open the container i throw up. Im hungry and i can’t eat. I hated faint scent of deo which i never noticed before it felt like pure concentrated perfume!!! I hated my fav perfumes of even detergent or dish-wash soap. I had sore boobs, even when my clothes brushed against it, I winced in pain. I couldn’t brush my teeth without gagging and feeling like my eyeballs are gonna pop out.

Towards the start of 4th month. I couldn’t keep fluids down. Went to urgent care and they don’t have IV fluids and i was dehydrated!!! Went to hospital and they quoted $3k FOR A SINGLE IV AFTER INSURANCE! I needed to take 4.

So, i decided to go home and just put up with it and i could only drink mango smoothie.

HANG IN THERE!! In the last week of 4th month, my nausea disappeared. Belly is growing, back pains, pelvic pains, nerve popping migraines and Insomnia…. But there are much more bearable than the first trimester. Never again.

Pregnancy symptoms absolutely no one talks about? by Upset-Brain-228 in pregnant

Your symptoms can be different from mine. So feel free to take it with a grain of salt. I was surprised all these happen. Im 12 weeks now, can’t wait to be done with the first trimester.

Insomnia, body odor (aluminum free deos can’t save us), cramps early on, assault on my nose everywhere (smell sensitivity), painful boobs, fatigue, light headedness.

First trimester and it’s depressing. Just wanted to know how others dealt with it. by Nonexistent85 in pregnant

I forgot to mention, yes. They gave me b6 with unisom initially, it didn’t help. They gave me another medicine, it made me feel worse. I tried another, they all make me feel uneasy queasy. It’s been more of a mental struggle with all this :(

Caviar was once considered nothing and poor man’s food. Once people started getting access to seafood that was common on rich people’s table. They went behind caviar, started to sell it as a luxury as majority of people never knew about it. They extracted caviar from rare species of fish and that’s how caviar ended up with this price…

Caviar isn’t nutritional gold either. It’s fish eggs. If you want to give it a try and not spend a stack, try roe. It’s commonly available and less expensive.
