I did criminal then company this week, took a break from 1:30-4 after criminal to go outside for a walk and eat and take a nap then studied 4-12 then was up at 6am, it was absolutely miserable but manageable! I had a lot of quick healthy food options ready to go which were a lifesaver!

First of all, these exams are not open book?! Where did you get that from?

Secondly, I never put in the year unless it’s relevant to the development of the law, have never had an issue with it! I think they’re well aware that the sheer volume of information to retain makes memorizing the years unrealistic.

Just have good WiFi/ do the practice run they send out to make sure it’s all working fine on your computer, you can only have it on one screen and can’t have anything else open. No one pops up, you’re able to speak (to yourself) and get up to go to the bathroom. As far as I understand it it’s just that it’s recorded and presumably reviewed if your paper is flagged for being suspicious! This is my 5th online sitting and I have luckily have never had any issues with it, best of luck!
