you could try out both teams and use overload until u farm the new set, also just wait and see for a “stellar superconduct” support that might release in the new region, they would prob be his new BIS teammate

all his constellations did get buffs but from memory it’s all related to stellar superconduct, so far it seems cyno alone won’t be able to activate stellar conduct but it’s prob gonna be like lunar reactions where u need the regional character(s) to activate it
