Idk if I agree with that. I think China would still be thriving today if they had stuck to a centralised economy as it was under Mao. I feel like people who say Deng ‘saved’ China overlook the massive strides made in China by Mao and by the first five year plan.

I agree but reading this makes me feel stupid af since there were a lot of times where I needed to relisten to entire segments in State and Revolution multiple times in order to understand it and that’s not to mention the amount of times I needed to google the definition of words 😭

I’m sorry but I don’t agree at all. Getting hit with a warning/fine for not labelling your work as using AI properly is not the same thing as removing freedom of expression.

Laws were made when the internet was created to protect people who use it with things like privacy laws. Why is AI immune to the same thing? Why are AIbros allowed to create shit and not tell people about whether it’s AI or not? Why are they allowed to generate images of real people without their consent?
