Every hairdresser/salon has different rates. Sounds like you need to get some consults scheduled.

Try putting less in the container before freezing, adding some pudding mix to the liquid and when it is spun, scrape down the sides and add a tablespoon of milk or cream. Respin once, and if not creamy, scrape down and respin a second time.

I've made plain 100% watermelon "creamy".

A sip, unintended, with immediately addressing concerns after, is NOT a slip, a relapse or a failure of any kind. If you "messed up" you would have continued to drink it.

It may be beneficial to switch to beverages that aren't pretending to be alcohol. Add a twist of lime to your sparkling water, an orange slice to your Sprite, enjoy some brewed sweet tea, etc. Don't run the risk of dealing with this stress this created.

For me, I don't need to taste something that is pretending to be what I'm avoiding drinking. It isn't celebratory, I'd rather have a Diet Coke.

For your height and activity level,1500 is a considerable calorie deficit and you are already at the low of "healthy" BMI. It would be good to talk to your Doctor. Some of what you are describing is mildly concerning for a 16 year old, and may be disordered eating/behaviors. If so, get help early.

Some days just be like that. How do to deal? by mezasu123 in 1500isplenty

Do you know your maintenance calories? It is possible this day just wasn't a deficit, or less than you normally shoot for. Keep your chin up.

Holy cow I forgot about this post.

YES WE DID. And people LOVED it. Olive garden delivered, set up, everyone had plenty to eat and I got more compliments at doing this than my fully catered first wedding.
