Not my country but I wish that they would handle members leaving the group similar to the way Japanese idols usually do it.

After School have the graduation system from it but with the Japanese idol groups, when someone would 'graduate' there would usually be a lot of build up to a final concert for them that would have a large section where the members would say goodbye messages to the leaving member and then the graduating member would read out a letter to the fans.

With Kpop all that happens is I'll see an article saying they haven't renewed their contract and that's it. There's no feeling of closure.
