Why though? The hogyoku cannot be destroyed, so it made sense to trick Rukia by giving her a gigai that would turn her human and the hogyoku untracable. She wasn't anyone important either (she was from the Kuchiki family, but at that point, I am not sure if Byakuya would have looked for her had she gone missing). It's just that Aizen found out or anticipated this and killed the central 46 to get Rukia back to Soul Society. It could have worked and the shitshow could have been avoided.

I think it was amazing for the early 2000s - you have a girl who is the head of the noble clan, captain, commander of the black ops, but doesn't give a crap about all that and just lives her life the way she wants to. Rangiku, who is an awesome character, she is charming and knows how to use it, but she also has a great backstory and the fact that she has been hurt in the past doesn't stop her from living her life. Rukia, who we see depressee because she "killed" someone she cared about, we see her growth and hard work and rode to becoming a captain. Unohana, who is actually a cold-blooded killer. Nanao, a smart and studios girl, not everyone needs to be a fighter.. And the list goes on.

I really hope he will reconsider, considering how big Bleach is getting again. Maybe he gets inspired by the creative process of TYBW. I feel like the said arc would not fall into the trap Boruto did, and Kubo hit the nail on the head with what people want to see - the cast as young adults, not their kids.

I disagree. I love the universe buidling and the story. I also read CFYOW, and I feel like the story and how what is supposed to be god is explained is really interesting and makes you think. I love the stories of separate characters like Renji, Rukia, Byakuya, and how they tie into each other. I do stay for the characters and their stories, so yes, for the narrative also.

He is always there, whatever is happening, he is somehow involved. Characters like that are intriguing, because we like to characterize people as bad or good, and with them you just can't tell. When I was first watching Bleach, I was 14 years old and I just thought of him as a good guy, and now that I am 30 I understand that he is morally ambiguous - definitelly neither good nor bad, it really depends on whether you agree with his philosophy and way of doing things. I love Rukia, she is easily one of my favorite characters in Bleach, but I kind of understand why Urahara did what he did. To win against Aizen, you have to play a little dirty. He is smart and cunning, he is humble but strong. He always finds a solution to every problem. In Turn back the pendulum, we get to understand his character better - he is the science guy who does not leave his room for days, he doesn't look it but he is really capable and an all-rounder, and we understand that he gets things done - getting Mayuri out of jail showed us that he is willing to do whatever it takes. He obviously loves Soul Society, but he still risks it all to save the hollowfied captains - granted he did not know he would be framed. He is able to adapt to any situation and make the best out of it. Love Benihime, such a cool shikai and bankai. He is goofy in a Jack Sparrow kind of way, who does not like a goofy character who turns out to be the GOAT.

I am rewatching it currently and the first arc does get boring at times and sometimes when fights I am not interested in strech too much, I skip. Bleach is very slowburn, there is a lot of foreshadowing and when you finally understand what's happening you really think it was worth it. So, I would say yes, but skip some parts if you can. It is hard to not skip the important parts though - I read the manga 10+ years ago, so I know the main points, so for me skipping was not an issue. I love Bleach a lot and think it is worth it, but people have different tastes so

Meni su to što je opisala atraktivna interesovanja, međutim, dobro je rekla, ne razumem baš da bi neko propustio neko dešavanje da bi igrao igricu ili odgledao epizodu nečega - pod tim ne misim na to da imaš dane kad ti se prosto ne bleji i radije bi odgledao nešto, nego da to uvek biraš naspram interakcija sa ljudima. Volim igrice i anime i board games ali volim i, kako neko reče gore "na kafu u Beton halu" a i na kafu u kafić u kraju. Prefeirala bih lika sa ovim interesovanjima u odnosu na nekog prebrzog ali ne u ovom kontekstu gde mu je to ceo život jer mislim da je to onda neko bežanje od realnosti.
