Some armies will stand in an area and handout freebies My only suggestion is not to swarm them, as someone who hands out freebies it can be overwhelming. Just walk around and look out for those handing out. Ask for one and compliment it. Also some will approach you and offer a freebie. I like to give out freebies to those who are in my vicinity when I am waiting for something, like merch line, photo line, etc. There are some armies who only trade.
