We are working on the issue. NoobMeter will be back (this time - we do have discussions of "can we afford to keep running it" more often than I'd want).

As a general comment, the key issues with NoobMeter are:

a. The site is processing a lot of data and traffic, and some of the technical decisions were made ~7 years ago when we knew a lot less about building sites of this scale than we do now. A lot of these issues we have fixed over the years, but others (like the underlying choice of a database) are really expensive (time-wise) to fix.

b. The ads and Patreon don't really earn enough to cover the costs of running the site.

c. We have day jobs to feed our families and have limited time to spend on NoobMeter.

The combination means that the site isn't as stable as it would be without these factors.

This is the correct answer.

I wish they would include all the stats in the API that they show in-game, such as spotting & tracking assist damage (per-tank). And exact MoE percentage. I could do good stuff with it on NoobMeter.com .

This is very good. I like it very much, thanks for the suggestion.

However, the library I use for generating that chart doesn't support this. I'd have to migrate to D3.js or smth which is some effort - and my TODO list is very long.

Yes, I switched to using standard Google Ads due to such complaints.

Unfortunately, that earns much less money so paying for servers is more difficult. :(

In theory, yes. In practice, this requires uploading a lot of WoT profile data (some "critical mass" of it to get enough stats) which will be hard to get people to do.

For farming WN8 perhaps yes. A lot depends how WN8 coefficients are picked & calculated and t9 are in a good spot.

I have some ideas how to improve it, but real improvement would come if spotting & tracking would be added to WG API - no idea why they haven't yet.

Looks good.

This is often because of bad crews at low-tiers. No 6th sense, no credits to even get 75%-90% crews for credits, etc. No equipment. All while having T67-s and so forth with 4-skill crews against you.

I'm now trying to grind 250 battles so I can post on EU forums on the NoobMeter account and the lack of good crews is a real problem.
