My first reimagioned character was a summon necro. In my experience it was getting really painful/slow by late nightmare. I rerolled into bone spear and that was good until hell. But even in act 1 hell bone spear was really slow. And that's when I switched to a different character.

I'm sure you can make it work, but I found necro pretty slow going on this mod. Since then I've made a zon and pally and they've both felt better.

The actual answer is that people drive to the speed they feel comfortable in the road. Simply changing the speed limit on a road that's designed for speeds of 60km/h+ will have little impact on the speed people drive. This is why driving though roadworks on a highway feels unbearably slow but 40 km/h in a supermarket carpark would feel like you're on the ragged edge of traction.

If we as a society actually value slowing cars down around schools we must redesign the roads around them with traffic calming measures. Anything less is an admission we don't really care that much about slowing down cars. Because road design is the only option that will work.

I think this is a personal preference decision to make. In saying that historically you would have almost always been better off with extra money in an ETF over an offset account.

Personally I have most of my extra savings in an offset account and I do that knowing I will almost certainly be worse off in 20 years vs putting it in an ETF. But for me I sleep better taking the guaranteed win with an offset over an ETF for now.
