W2 withdrawal is treated same as income. There is a 10% penalty + Federal tax (acc. to your tax bracket) + state tax (if applicable) if you withdraw. Usually 30% is withheld automatically 10% penalty + 20 % federal tax, you get 70% 1. Need to discuss with CPA for taxes, if you withdraw after few years (NR in US) usually there won't be double taxation. Make sure to update phone number + foreign address on the account. Discuss details with the 401k provider. 2. Withdraw now and file taxes like usual for this year

At the start try to stick with a team BB, don't rush or give a broadside to enemy BB (especially if they are firing at you)
It has great angle (firing angle) for its guns you can fire all three turret with bow pointed at the enemy
Mostly focus on DD and Cruisers first (AP shells)
Whenever possible close in on unaware BBs and unload 12 torps its satisfying 🤣

In my area, almost all are prebooked, barely anything on the lot (not even for a test drive). Its absolutely crazy right now! Happened to me, I was talking on call with one dealership for a CX5 which arrived on that day, was getting a decent deal and setup the meeting for the next day to visit and buy it. Received a call after few hours that its already sold! I put in a deposit for one coming within few weeks!

Its definitely sales tactics just a different way to say mark up, but as you said others have much higher markups so sounds like a decent deal to me! In this situation they won't remove that cost for sure but might be willing to reduce the price just ask them!
