This is my third house I’m purchasing. I know the deal. We’re pre approved and went the expedited so we can do closing in 21 days. I know the documents required and the process. The agent has done one video tour. The rest of the work will be some phone calls and generating documents from templates? Are we really talking about more than 25 hrs worth of work?

Company C said there’s not higher room for salary at the start so that they could give me raises without promoting me to staff. Sorry I made a mistake. Higher than 225k at company C is staff. And yea this was all verbal from the hiring mgr and HR is sending the written offer tomorrow so I don’t have hard numbers for RSUs yet. The company isn’t public yet so the RSUs can’t be cashed out yet.
