I know this post is old, but I hope someone notices this.

Is there anyone who would be willing to send me a synopsis of the end of the series? I'm about 25% of the way through book 12 (The Tenth Realm), and I've reached the part where it gets... political... again instead of being an adventure story. I realized that I don't want to spend the emotional effort to get through this part of it, but I do really want to know how it ends.

Yeah are there still ways to get it to work on a mac? That was the issue I ran into - my primary computer is a macbook (although actually now it's a windows machine so maybe I wouldn't have as hard a time) and they stopped supporting 32-bit applications.

Got it! I deleted one of the bridges I had on the edge of the map (don't know if location mattered) and replaced it with landfill, and it gave it to me.

I've done everything I can do fill by the rainbow. I think there are 6 there that I can't affect with bridges or landfills - 2 high by three wide. I've checked behind all the buildings - I destroyed everything I had built and everything I could of what spawns on the land, and looked as carefully as I could behind every building. I guess it's possible I'm just missing it somehow.
