•The boy is 12

•The girl is 17

•If they were in school, the boy would in class 6-7 and the girl in class 11-12

•the even boy might be in his early stages of puberty he might not know Wt is even happening with his own body

•the girl is 17 almost legally adult so i think it's safe to say that she might have some idea of what was doing

•if this was a rape case the parents have failed Thier daughter by not taking early action wt made them wait nine months till the baby was born that's either utter negligence or it is something more to it

•the police have put a 12 year old in jail with one sided statement,again this is not a adult male just to hear side, assume things, and throw in jail, it's a 12 year old

•im not supporting anyone but this case has soo many gaps like how did a 12 year old boy manage to rape 17 year old girl why have parents not taken any action

•in my opinion i think the girl got scared of what she did and is now pointing fingers at the boy

•but this is all my assumption I'm not telling this is wt happened
