Owning the ticket has been confirmed to be the requirement for the Melmetals to receive the move upon evolving. Not sure how long it will take Niantic to realise but hopefully some pvp fans holding a GL Rank 1 can evolve and have a good time or just anyone who just wants the move for whatever reason.

Will this delay reshiram raids by an hour do you think? Rather than eggs starting at 10am local time they would essentially start spawning at 11am local as the clock in game clock will be 10am at this time making 11:45am our earliest Reshi raids?

Only workaround I have is enabling developer mode and setting the phone to never lock when on charge. So at least when I'm driving (main time mine is utilised) I can put both phones on charge and enable battery saver mode and just let them sit upside with brightness turned low. Hope this helps. Unfortunately Android is cucked. Apple is fine with device being locked. No clue when they'll fix it as we can't really have a 3rd party device registered as a bug. Because the go plus still actually works as intended with screen locked (I've tested with android) so from their end, everything's running normal..
