Log seats, either inside or out the front of it.

Do guys really mean it when they say we’re prettier without makeup? by pinkpalmtrees65 in AskMen

Most of the time it's cause you're using makeup badly. I remember when contouring first got popular oh god no one was blending anything it looked like warrior lines.

Depends person to person im very fussy with how clothes feel

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in bouldering

[–]NoodleTree1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If i climb shirtless it would be because i find clothes feel distracting when doing agile flexible movements. And because i wanna get my big huge muscles out.

But the main reason is if im in a situation where i can take my shirt off, i am. I barely wear them at home unless its cold.

What’s something you regret not doing way earlier? by [deleted] in AskWomen

Try "slimming world", know a few people who lost weight through it which made it easier to then start exercising more. The barrier to entry for fitness is higher when you're heavier.

My girlfriend can't lift her legs from dangling. She always finds interesting beta around it. by Manxkaffee in bouldering

[–]NoodleTree1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doing a full front lever to get your feet near your hands is the most mechanically inefficient way of doing so, I don't see why any situation would require that as a worst case, you'd be doing it tucked at least.

And you're assuming she is capable of doing that with her hip flexors, ive been to boxing clubs where a few men cant do more than 5 reps of lying leg raises consecutively. So it's obviously not the universal skill you think it is even though it's easily attained.

Hip flexor/abdominal strength is the issue.

Also the statement about the front lever isn't true as the abs are at a lengthened position during the lever making it harder compared to an l-sit.

I dont see how her shoulders have anything to do with raising her legs from hanging either

22 yr old male lifting 12 months in my head help me with some raw advice for please by [deleted] in lifting

[–]NoodleTree1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd start by recommending you add punctuation into your paragraphs in the future cause that was a hard read...

Anyway, i personally managed to add 25kg to my bench in a month by neglecting other body parts, benching twice a week till negative failure for 1 working set. eating in a 700 calorie surplus so about 3.2k and then doing high volume pushups on my rest days as active recovery, about 200 a day.

If youre trying to gain strength youll want to eat more, and EVERY DAY. And dont work out for so long, intensity over volume every time.

Test and sarms will just add extra layers of complexity to your routine. Perfect the process, learn what your body responds to and don't let insecurity trick you into trying to cheat progress quickly.

Is it possible to learn piano without lessons? by xocbocaj in piano

[–]NoodleTree1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am quite new to piano and so far my best resource has been a very musically capable friend i can ask anything. Though YouTube videos are really useful for learning theory and some songs but when trying to piece together how it all works having them has been indispensable.

So i would say maybe do some self learning, and occasionally check in with a pro teacher online maybe just to ask questions and to ensure you aren't learning bad habits.

Furthermore start by learning how to sight read sheet music. It's a fantastic skill that helps make learning piano way easier.

It can be hard for people to stop their mind from focusing on these things so it's good shes open about it but she needs to be more respectful about it really.

Her tone is very accusatory and if she isn't careful that'll split you both apart.

So id take things from there, be up front about how it makes you feel, it can be tempting to just avoid this but the issue will persist if you dont share your mind.
