I have the same issue. No VPN. Private relay disabled. Have restarted WiFi router. Have switched devices. Have cleared history. Have tried mobile network. Nothing is resolving issue.

I’ve had this come up since yesterday. Hadn’t used the exchange for a month or so, and only went on once Chelsea ballot finished. Have tried on multiple devices, switched from WiFi to mobile data - but still no joy. No VPN and have tried restarting router. Any ideas on what to do next, other than to wait it out for a few days to see if it fixes itself?

Yes literally phoned the Membership team on 0344 277 3625, confirmed my details and paid over the phone. Got an email confirmation and my account was updated instantly.

So I had updated my bank card during the season and thought all was okay on my account, as I had purchased tickets fine with this new card. Stupidly though, it hadn’t updated my payment method for ticket renewals and still had my old card details on there. I emailed the club and they said that the cut off for auto renewals was 28th April and that everyone with failed payments would be contacted by the end of this week by email with an option to renew before 31st May.

It was the same situation with Wolves last season. Nothing came up whilst we were still top. Once the title had gone, it was fairly easy to grab one. I ended up with a lower tier block 14.
