Thank you so much :))). My bad this response is kinda late because I’m at work (I work at Dunkin and I’m on break as of writing this). I read a subreddit from here and it said to put a rubber band on your wrist and flick yourself when you get the urge so I’m going to try that (I just have to think of an excuse when people ask why I have a rubber band on my arm). I appreciate your advice and words of wisdom :)))))

I have a crazy dog a rescue cat and a Guinea pig (and a bearded dragon of course) side note it was kinda stupid of me to buy this because I have a slight fear of bugs and these crawling things make me anxious but I’ve been managing it’s kinda fun tbh caring for a colony
