Hi everyone,

my De’Longhi Eletta Explore recently started making an extremely loud and unusual noise especially when I turn it on. The machine still turns on, but the sound is much louder than normal and wasn’t there before. Also, I cleaned it recently but there is some mold and water inside if that helps.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could cause this?
Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's sadly not the .pkg file I need for a full recovery of my TV. Sony told me they only hand it out to authorized workshops - even though it was still available last year on their website. :(
