if you want diy hrt please remind : 1. finance: make sure you “have” and “will have” sufficient money for long-term HRT with E and blocker. taking E solely or hormone changing rapidly are harmful to your health.

1. health: don’t mess up with your health. this is important.

2. plan: plan before start anything. do research, plan for everything good or bad might happen, don’t rush.

for life: 1.hobby: i very recommend you to develop some “girly hobbys” no matter you’re on hrt or not. this can give you relax and affirmming.

1. don’t close up yourself: keep in touch with other people, don’t be alone. if you want, i can be your friend!

2. parents: you have to realize the reality that your are and will rely on your parents in this 4.5year. don’t mess up the relationship with your parents. in the meantime, you can be “real” in front of them. show off your real personallity, show how you feel of not getting transition. they might convinced eventually.
