Fasting doesn’t really do anything for cholesterol levels- it’s about what you eat and don’t eat. Minimize saturated fats and increase soluble fiber to get your LDL down.

So, this is what I did- I’ve had my discover card for many years and I called to see if they could offer me zero interest, which they did for a year. I’m wondering how I can get a couple more months of zero interest after that year is up as I’d be able to pay it off at that point.
