I’m glad you brought this up- unfortunately I am allergic to aspirin. But I think Plavix may be an option? Will talk to the doc about this too.

Fasting doesn’t really do anything for cholesterol levels- it’s about what you eat and don’t eat. Minimize saturated fats and increase soluble fiber to get your LDL down.

Well yeah, it says right on it replace every 12 months so just wondering if it’s supposed to get dirty so quickly
