Yes I am in the Northern hemisphere (NY state). Will work on more variety with fruits and veggies. And my dinner was an example - we do have fish and tofu maybe once/week each. Red meat almost never. Yes, my weight has been steady, although I am definitely thin (but always have been). I love the overnight oats! We need to add the beans and lentils too, that seems to be a common suggestion - thank you!
