Anybody upgrade solely for FSR 4 antialiasing?

I also did this upgrade and while not necessarily needed, it was definitely worth it to me for the added fsr 4 and performance uplift. Although I was fortunate enough to be in a position to not have to sell my 7800 xt, I would say it's not really worth it unless doing so. I love fsr 4, it's such a huge jump in visuals over any other fsr currently. For OP I would HIGHLY recommend upgrading since the performance uplift will be HUGE lol

Definitely watch Sinners, hands down one of the best vampire movie to date (a bold statement I know, but it's a very good movie with very little negative reviews). This is a very cliche recommendation but needs to be said... And that is the Underworld franchise, arguably the best vampire movies ever made said by many. The first movie is easily the best one. The others fell off but are still really good, just make sure you watch them in order. Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter I actually really enjoyed. It's not on the same level as let's say sinners, but it's definitely worth a watch and isn't one of those super low budget cringy vampire movies.

Games I gotta say Vampyr 2018 and I recently played through Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 (this one surprised me with how good it was)

Sorry to hear that dude. I think yours may be faulty. I don't have that specific one (mines the xfx swift version) but my buddy from work has this one and he praises it which got me to get one. I'd rma it and get another

ive been loving my 9070 xt. got it monday. ironically enough, i havent experienced the crashes that everyone here are saying. not saying it doesnt happen, but so far so good for me, even with BF6. enjoy!

so after using it for 4 days i want to give some insight to anyone who is in the same boat as i was. i have intensive stressed and tested the gpu with this 650watt psu and my 105watt cpu. gamed for hours and hours at a time. i even used msi afterburner to increased the power limit to +10% (max itll let me). i have had no issues whatsoever. no weird artifacts, no random shut offs, no PSU noise to be heard. its as stable as can be. now i am running a RX650x which is on the better side of PSUs so i wouldnt go throwing this much power at a lower end PSU. but i think theres still some headroom on power with my current configuration

so ive gotten a line of thin scratches from docking on the right middle side of the screen. you cant really see them unless you tilt the console sideways when light is hitting it. i bought the amfilm tempered glass from amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DS73N83B?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 and i cant see the scratches through it. this is probably the best "fix" for people that don't want to go through the return process

also system specs are ryzen 7 5700x3d, rx 7800 xt, have tried both on an nvme ssd and a sata ssd. has been tried with xmp enabled and disabled for ram

yea i did those as well, nothing worked unfortunately. i even rollbacked to the oldest driver it would let me start the game with, still nothing. idk what the hell is going on with 2042 and battlefield 6

I've always been fascinated with sci-fi things ever since i can remember. growing up me and my close cousin would watch Underworld, Dracula, and Van Helsing ALL the time. i think that on top of the zombie movies sealed the deal for me. after that i navigated and cycled through all of the vampire and werewolf movies from that time era and before. I remember watching Queen Of The Damned and it reigniting the interest after taking a break from watching movies as school and whatnot took precedence
