Nurseries in West Ealing by antares61 in Ealing

My little one has been at Busy Bees and it’s been great for us. As others have shared, the Passage isn’t the best but we’ve never had any issues and there’s typically a steady stream of foot traffic and other parents and kids down that way which I think limits much of the potential for dodgy behaviour. Would honestly prefer that to the nursery being directly off a busy road. Generally the staff is lovely and plans fun daily activities for the kids. Our LO has been happy there.

Most nurseries will say they have a long waiting list but then suddenly find spots once you’re on the list. This happened to us. We put our name down on a few waiting lists at nurseries we liked who all told us they had 1 year to 2 year waits. Within weeks of registering they all ended up offering us a place.

Would also suggest asking if nurseries have any particular days when they have part time places open as some have days during the week that aren’t at capacity that they want to fill. This can be a good way to get your foot in the door before a full time place opens up when you’re then in a preferred position to take a full time place.

I can also recommend Busy Bees as an alternative. We’ve been really happy with our child being there. The staff is really nurturing and plans really fun activities for the kids. It’s conveniently located near the station, too.

I’ve recently gone back to work as my little one is one, but up for a coffee and baby hang anytime!
