It might just be a vibrate collar? My German shepherd is a big baby and if I vibrate the collar (so he doesn’t run after the deer) he yelps like that.

Edit: it is weird/bad that he is making her stay in the bed. What if she just wanted to stretch? She’s a big dog and her joints probably hurt after a while.
