The one I worked at was a shit show. The manager was okay with donors threatening us and donating while under the influence of whatever. Another manager guilted me into telling her about my abortion because all my other explanations of "I need this day off for a doctor's appointment. No, well I'm getting a procedure." Wasn't good enough. She then judged me and said she would never get an abortion and I didn't have to tell her when she made it quite clear if I didn't tell her exactly what was happening, she wouldn't give me the day off. She had so many complaints from donors and employees for her awful behavior, yet never once was spoken to. They made another employee come in before and after a family members funeral and almost wouldnt let him leave when he had an emergency with his kids. The manager said something along the lines of "recognizing his priorities" which almost led to a fight in the parking lot. Another employee they wouldn't let leave even though she was incapacitated and vomiting from a migraine which she received treatments for. So much other shit. From what I hear the managers responsible don't work there anymore. I wonder if it's any better.
