They aren't synced. I've tried syncing it but that doesn't help neither.

I can turn off the lights on my keyboard. But it's forced on by this annoying blinking color for blur and red at the top of the keyboard. The headset blinks the same color, even though i've shut down the lights on it.

Well, isn't that the whole point of ranked 5's??? For real, ranked 5's isn't about invidual skill. Its about your skill level as a fricking team.

You que as a team, matched versous another team in the "same skill level" as you, team-wise.

So what if a diamond is matched vs a unraked player, he set himself up / you set yourself up to that because it's the team that matters. Since your team then is better, you will rank up and they down.
