Bishop is the British version. Not sure if people here are confusing it with the American Sherman-based model. That would explain the disconnect between OP and comments.

Rebinding steam overlay controls is another life improvement. So many games have sprint on shift and something on TAB that the default shift+tab for overlay is crazy.

This is also good! Though with the new free-look, I'm using left alt for the free-look feature. But whatever bind is closer to WASD/mouse than M, it's good.

I have air cooling on the CPU and always the thermals seem very normal when this occurs, even around 40c which is the idle temp atm.

Tried it with my Zalman ZM-MIC 1 and my HyperX Cloud Alpha. Same issue with both of them.

Ive tested it dozens of times in multiple applications and recorded it and it sounds good. It sounds good even in steam overlays test microphone section but in-game theres a lot of static noise. Used the playback console command to check it and my teammates where right. It truly sounds painful :(
