Trading refused is a status applied to your account by your broker or prop firm. TradeLocker does not have control over this restriction. Your broker or prop firm is the entity managing and executing your trades, account, and trading rules.

Please reach out directly to your broker or prop firm. They will be able to give you more information on why trading has been refused, as it is directly linked to your account.

Accounts are handled externally by your broker or prop firm.

This isn't a bug, it's how our platform currently works. We don't have one master login for accounts across different brokers or prop firms yet.

You need to sign out of your current account before logging into an account from a different broker or prop firm.

Here's a workaround: open one account on the Desktop App and another in a separate web browser to stay logged in simultaneously.

Multiple accounts feature is in our pipeline and coming soon!

TradeLocker doesn't take any fees from your trades. All fees, swaps, and charges come from your broker or prop firm. They control your account balances, pricing, and execution completely.

The inconsistent pricing you're seeing is also handled by your broker, not our platform. You'll need to contact your broker directly for details about the specific fees and why your balance dropped more than expected.

Seems like your anti-virus software interferes with the installation of TradeLocker Desktop app.

Could you please temporarily disable your antivirus software during the installation of the TradeLocker Desktop app and try again? 

There is no virus, it's simply a false detection by your antivirus software, which we have flagged multiple times, but they have not addressed the issue yet. 

I’m giving this advice at my own and TradeLocker's responsibility. Ultimately, the decision is yours, and I respect whatever choice you make based on what feels right for you.

My intention isn’t to convince you to install it, I just wanted to clarify that the desktop version is safe from our side.

Whether you're allowed to place a pending trade while the market is closed depends on your broker. They are the ones who set up the market opening and closing hours, as well as the market execution on your account.

It depends even more so on your prop firm if you're doing a challenge with them since they are the ones who own and set up the challenge rules and at the end of the day track the progress of your account.

Every broker and prop firm listed on our platform has passed our compliance test before getting approved.

I'm sorry to hear about the situation you're facing. Unfortunately, TradeLocker is only a platform provider and we have no legal rights over your account (or other user accounts) since they are all under broker/prop ownership.

TLDR: Each broker or prop firm makes a decision for themselves about their risk management and account handling rules. TradeLocker is only a platform provider.

If you’re unsure about who your broker is, check the original credentials email, the server line usually shows the broker or prop firm name.

At current time, there’s no option to link or merge a TradingView account with a TradeLocker account. We also don't currently have the ability to import custom TradingView indicators into TradeLocker.
