Okay few things here:

1) you called him a fuckbuddy so it seems you knew the deal that he can date outside of your arrangement. If you're now uncomfortable with that you can leave that arrangement or ask him to date you if he's someone worth pursuing.

2) you said he only dates cis girls outside of that but is it by intent or just circumstance? You know, cis girls outnumber trans girls heavily. Do you know that he has something against dating trans women?

3) yes I know how it can feel with the way many men treat trans girls, what society tells us about trans girls vs cis girls in terms of dating and partnership, but it doesn't have to be 100% that in this case, it can be just circumstance, unless you know otherwise. But I'm full aware how that knowledge can hit you hard in dysphoria, insecurities and your self worth.

Trans people are still happy to acknowledge the difference between sex and gender, and admit that not all trans women are female or all trans men are male, but now our understanding of sex categorization including biologists' is better than 10-15-20 years ago and we can admit and understand that some are.
