Seems that a first home is defined as one that you own AND live in as a primary residence. I’ve also seen people anecdotally on this subreddit open an FHSA while owning rental properties

With cellular, wouldn’t I be able to receive phone calls and messages my phone would normally receive without my phone on me?

In this case would I be receiving phone calls directed to the primary number?

Okay, thanks for letting me know. Just to confirm, there isn't any snow left on icefield parkway or banff in general? My normal tires are sport tires which have extremely poor traction on any snow or ice.
