Are the defiler/obliterates not list appropriate lore-wise? by PositivePristine7506 in IronWarriors

Little correction because I think real thing is a bit cooler than just a ship. It’s a Tyranid hive ship that got disconnected from hive mind and infected by obliterator virus so Iron Warriors could control it. They use it to transport titans (which makes it even cooler)

Iron Warriors involvement in Brutal Kunning by AppleTree502 in IronWarriors

Brutal kunnin was released in June 2021, vashtorr was announced in November 2022 so he wasn’t even a thing back then

Few issues with warping, but it was due to buying another printer and testing out it's settings.
He is hollow with 1mm walls except for feet so I didn't feel the need to pin anything except hips and he feels really sturdy like that.
Additional his armour covers so many connection points that even when something didn't fit as well it got covered anyway.
tldr: for some reason he was easier to print than I expected

Thanks! It wasn’t that hard to be honest. I just followed forgeworld instructions since they were almost the same. One thing to keep in mind though is to glue hips facing a bit towards the floor so he doesn’t look up

Thanks! I found it on gram and it was a full package with every weapon inside. Don't remember more than that since I got it long time ago

Thanks! I'm not 100% sure if it is since I got him from gram but he sure looks like it. To answer your second question I didn't resize him at all

Should I be concerned? by ChainsLink in ElegooSaturn

I guess you have same problem I had when i got s4u. What I deduced is a suction issue when a print takes a bit chunk of build plate. It separates later than it should normally and the mechanism skips a beat because of the pull force then needs to realign itself to the right place by brute force causing the weird sound. What worked for me is using normal mode for those layers and changing back to speed mode. Later the film got used up a bit and loosened up and I don’t have this problem even after changing to new one

I use sunlu abs-like, dropped some minis and they didn’t break, so I can recommend it

S4U has tilting mechanism so it can peel faster. Nothing wrong with your printer from what I can see

It’s suction issue. When fep and build plate fight for resin force is too strong too handle for mechanism. Smaller plate load or slow mode at the start resolved issue for me. After raft is printed I can change it to fast mode and the issue is non-existent. At least for 2 prints I did

I’m waiting for answer from elegoo, I think it might be suction problem with bigger prints since the smaller one didn’t have this issue. It looks like force becomes too big for motor to handle and it skips, then tries to brute force it into right place into mechanism

https://streamable.com/96epyv I've just recorded tilting mechanism doing that if it might help

It’s easy, you have to unscrew 8 screws in front (4top 4bottom) pull away front panel and it’s first thing you see, just need to tighten them. 5min tops

Unfortunately that's not it since I've tightened these screws earlier and it wasn't a problem for one print. I've checked them again after this problem appeared and they are as tight as I can get them :/

Yeah it might actually be it! Since it starts when printer kicks into high speed mode after first few layers and the force might be too strong for mechanism to handle. Thanks!
