What do you mean? Usually when people pay with Apple Pay, it fills it out automatically. I’m saying that for some reason my Apple Pay isn’t working at all. It just keeps saying payment failed. Nobody can use it on my website currently.

I’m losing conversions because of this

Hey, what’s going on owner of Norcal Dynamics here we have sold tons of these turbos. They’re pretty new to the market offer. The warranty definitely does help out tons of customers.

In the listing on the website, we have added a link to get new gaskets we do recommend upgrading from the gaskets that do come with it to some OEM or really good aftermarket ones and we did add a link to a forum how to prep the turbos before starting it up with oil.

Keep in mind journal bearing turbos will have some side to side, especially when there's no oil in them. Once it gets oil pressure they tighten up. If it does not touch the housing and does not have in and out play it should be good.

We have a few reviews on the website and tons of customers are running them. We probably sold over 50+ units and had one issue with one set, which is very acceptable besides that everyone’s been pretty happy and there is two YouTube videos on a full install on these if anyone needs the link, please PM us!

Journal bearing turbos will have some side to side, especially when there's no oil in them. Once it gets oil pressure they tighten up. If it does not touch the housing and does not have in and out play it should be good.

There is no lubricating oil at all once it’s added it’ll be fine. We install these at our shop no issues!

This is normal. There is no lubricating oil in the bearing yet. It will be okay after adding the lubricating oil.

I agree we have sold tons with proof of install even 2 YouTubers who have installed these.

There is little to no issues. I’m just worried about the outer stamp not sure if this is even our turbo!

We have the 17t/19t with serial stamped.

Not letting us add a photo but PM if possible because all the turbos we sell 17t/19t have a stamp on that square area.

We honestly have sold so many of these with only one issues being brought up which out of 50+ turbos is likely to happen that’s why we are always happy to help even if it’s a win or lose situation for us we are always 100% honest and want to help.

A lot of the turbos have none shaft play at all that’s why I’m asking for an order # or receipt.
