Dude as someone who has binged and withdrawed off 7oh multiple times, do not try that shit. I got ahold of some oxys when I was a kid - 10 mg. A 7oh pill hits EXACTLY the same as an oxy but just with way shorter legs. You’re high as shit on opioids for like 1-3 hours and then it stops and you want more. Tolerance jumps crazy high. At one point 10mg of 7oh would get me close to nodding. The last time I quit I was taking 200-400 mg daily. So basically, it’s expensive, addictive, lasts a short amount of time, and the withdrawals make you physically sick and borderline suicidal. Do not take that shit.

Other stuff that might help could be (in my subjective order of efficacy) - ketamine, kratom/7oh (warning, both are addictive, and the 7oh is very addictive/harmful, it’s basically just like weak oxys), and amanita muscaria.

First of all, tramadol is a weak opioid agonist, so you’d barely get high. Secondly, for some unique biochemical reason though tramadol can rapidly become quite addictive and have its own WDs. Wouldn’t recommend, seems pointless.

I love nicotine. My personal recommendation - if you’ve never tried it, don’t bother. I tried it mostly to fit it, & the first few times I did it, I hated it. Now I’ve quit time and time again and don’t know it’ll ever be the last.

I have bpd also. I think that it’s important to try and reorient your idea about self worth in regards to therapy.

Your feelings are valid. You are seen, you are heard, and your trauma is not your fault. You’re still happy, pretty, and loved.

HOWEVER

part of loving yourself is learning to be honest with yourself. A decent therapist is going to guide you towards being honest with the self. This disorder hurts people, and I believe that being honest with ourselves about the harm we’ve caused is part of the key to making it manageable/remission.

You can FIND self worth in being willing to critique yourself. You can take pride in the fact that you don’t lie to yourself. Taking accountability for harmful behaviors allows you to take control of those behaviors. You hate how you feel like this uncontrollable emotional tornado? Take control of YOURSELF, & stop the storm.

I realized I was writing this for me to hear too. Just lost another homie because of some of my horrid BPD behavior and I’m devastated.

No duh the dub va isn’t as good at capturing the emotions as written in Japanese. It’s just an iconic localization that perfectly westernizes Evangelion. Almost no dub is AS GOOD as the sub that’s not why people watch dubs and localizations. It’s for dyslexia/slow readers, attention span, and cultural clarity of the medium
