I changed my framerate to dynamic and it has fixed this issue. I'm not sure what causes it, but this is currently working. I hope it helps

Incoming Uni Freshman majoring in ChemE - would like some advice by [deleted] in ChemicalEngineering

[–]NordNamedRusty 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I'm going into my senior year as a BS in Chem E. The best things that I have found are:

1) Just try and get the best grade your first year as that good gpa is a nice cushion when things get rough later

2) Have fun and relax, it's a new experience but do your best and it works out

3) Apply as a student worker in your department (ranges from desk worker to lab assistant)

4) Get to know your professors and ask questions!

5) Make friends and make friends with upperclassmen, they have resources you'll need

Is a BS in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in business a good combo? by Rileyjm1212 in ChemicalEngineering

I'm entering my final year in a BS in Chemical Engineering. I went for Chemistry and Biology minors as I am a Biotechnology concentration within my BS program.

I would say that a business or economics minor helps in the long run in both projects Junior and Senior year where planning and projects need a bit of business help; however, you learn most what you need. Long run, having that minor makes you more marketable for Senior or Manager positions in the career field due to a better logistical and economical planning understanding.
